The kitchen brings everyone together, with a brekky bar and Scandi dining table (not in photos) to seat 8 guests (please take care not to scratch or mark the timber surface). High-quality stainless-steel appliances are featured, including an induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and double fridge, plus fully-equipped crockery, cutlery and cookware.
Sliding doors to two upper decks offer BBQ facilities and sheltered entertaining space, with café blinds and a modular outdoor setting to kick back and relax (not in photos).
The main living area offers comfortable lounges and a day bed, so you can chill out watching TV* and use the WIFI. Stacker doors open directly onto the front deck, where you can see the waves breaking in front of the Jan Juc Surf Club. This prime position catches the sun; start your days out here, and end it with BBQ meals after long days at the beach on whichever deck you choose...
A second living area/rumpus room downstairs for the kids has a free to air TV and Wii gaming console with a 4-seater couch and ceiling fan – so everyone has room to spread out. Kids can play outside on the lawn, and you’re welcome to pick fresh herbs from the garden.
Double-glazed windows keep the house cool in summer, plus ducted heating, ceiling fans and excellent cross-flow ventilation to get the sea breeze through the house. (please note: *There is no Air Conditioning (A/C), but this eco-designed house is very comfortable and well-insulated, with optimal orientation for sea breezes.
This high-end property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom enjoys parkland and golf course views, with sliding doors to the deck. Sophisticated interiors boast a King-size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in robe and luxurious ensuite with a shower, vanity, bath and convenient powder room.
Three additional bedrooms are downstairs, offering 3 Queen bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a spa bath.

If you can bear to leave this stunning home you'll find yourself in one of Jan Juc's top spots with easy access to all the Surf Coast has to offer: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf. Or, if sitting back and relaxing is more your thing, then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, day spa’s, shops or boutiques to spend your time. It is a brilliant location, park your car and forget the keys!
