'The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

'Room has a strange layout with its raised bed but it works and gives you plenty of living space in the room, bathroom was clean and modern, the area the residence is located was clean and quiet and very close to some large shopping malls with plenty of shopping and dining options including street food, the staffs English is basic but they are friendly and very helpful '

'Air conditioning around the elevator is not working properly. Communication is not good enough because the language barrier, but that’s understandable. Overall is a great place to stay for a few days.'

'Breakfast was not air conditioned, only option hot sweaty area or the smoking area. Breakfast options limited and poor quality. Asked for 2 fried eggs, took them 3 attempts, still didn't get it right, left hungry. Room layouts also not good Would never stay again'

'We have stayed in this property twice and we intend to return annually. The staff members are very nice, the apartment was prepared with the requested items and we even received a welcoming gift. The apartment has a spacious main bedroom with ensuite and a washing machine. There are some odd ergonomic issues like no power points in bathrooms and that the stove is side by side with the sink. These are minimal to us compared to the excellent service we received. Thank you Somerset Kencana!'
