'Great atrium to meet others or relax. Refrigeration in the rooms always needed to be changed out. Management was excellent at resolving issues. Easily hear neighbors. Door shut and latch very hard, noisy. David is always curteous. Bianca was a great house keeper. '

'Excellent service. Due to a recent knee injury, I requested a room on the first floor and access to easy parking. They placed me at the very end of the building, next to the side entrance where I could park easily. Highly recommend.'

'Wij waren op doorreis en hebben 2 nachten in dit hotel verbleven. Inchecken ging vlot bij behulpzaam en aardig personeel. Het gebouw is oud maar de kamer, bedden en badkamer waren schoon. De afvoer was niet al te best waardoor het water in het bad niet goed wegliep. De directe omgeving is niet interessant. Ik zou hier in de avond niet rond lopen. Over het algemeen kan je hier prima overnachten voor een lage prijs.'

'The Haunted Hotel had easy going staff that were easy to chat with “chill”. If you’re looking for a resort style stay this isn’t the place, but if you’re easy going, fun and like to hang out in an open courtyard this is a great place. Keep in mind it’s a heritage hotel. 'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'
