'Our overall stay at the Norris State House was an exquisite visit. Location-wise, it was a bit of a struggle. The only way to get through was a sharp turn, and Google Maps didn't recognize it until you actually got on the road, so you need to make sure you look out for that. 'We stayed here with a group of 20 for Thanksgiving and didn’t feel cramped. Although one bathroom had a sewage smell (which was fixed), the golf cart ran out of gas and we had to push it back to the house, and there was no lake access, only a lake view, we had a good time. There’s a bathroom in each bedroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The wifi worked perfectly on all 3 floors. The hosts were very responsive. '

'Overall my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property managers were responsive and had the home set up with a fully stocked kitchen, towels, linens, and a full supply of wood for the wonderful covered fire pit. The property is conveniently located just a short drive from Knoxville and the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The sheets/linens that were on the beds were in need of additional cleaning. They had stains, pet hair and long hair on them. Again, the stay was wonderful overall.'
