'The resort is beautiful and there is a lot to do with kids of all ages. The water park and Palamino island are great days. The service was pretty poor. Our room was clean when we got there but it was not properly cleaned throughout our stay. 'The 2 bed unit we stayed at was clean. Bathroom was a little dated. There were a lot of stairs throughout the property and in the unit. Just an fyi for anyone traveling with older family members. 'We had a wonderful 5 days. My husband played golf, I walked the grounds every day. The pools were amazing and the service was attentive and concerned.
