'Good: The rooms were comfortable,clean and the bed (mattress) was good. They needed another sheet on the bed (instead of just a comforter as the top sheet). The breakfast each morning was perfect, many choices, and all great tasting. The Staff were very attentive. Bad: The shower had some type of "black worms" coming up thru the drain. I choose this location because they had internet, however internet went out each night around 10pm. '

The excellent experience already started at arrival at the airport when the more than kind driver of my transfer (arranged by the hotel) awaited me. Despite my late arrival in Cape Town, the reception at the hotel by the night porter was also perfect and made me feel really welcome. An experience that continued the following days. 'I stayed for a few days, bed linen/towels were never changed, the room was never cleaned, only the bin was cleared when full. There is no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee as and when. The room does not have a fan as advertised. There is no TV in the room. There is no English breakfast or anything close to it.'
