About this space:
Enjoy Oahu's best coastline for a great price! 2nd floor condo sleeps 5 very comfortably - set up is one bedroom & bathroom & sofa bed (in the living room) on the 1st floor + loft & bathroom upstairs. Large living room with outdoor balcony to spend time with each other. Relax by one of the 3 pools, short walk to enjoy the beach waters, grill up some dinner at one of the BBQ areas, play tennis, golf or take a scenic drive to all the popular North Shore beaches, shopping and attractions.

The space:
A great space to spread out and enjoy a relaxing getaway in a gated, secure community near the beach and near the Turtle Bay Hotel & Resort. Here are some great features of the Wave House:

- The upstairs loft bedroom includes 1 queen size memory-foam bed, 1 comfortable double bed and an adjoining bathroom.

- The living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa bed, complete with A/C and blackout curtains.
- The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs, along with a Keurig coffee maker.
- Lanai is furnished for relaxation with table & chairs. Excellent view of the sunrise, golf course and Ko'olau mountain range.
- TVs in all rooms - cable TV in master bedroom & in the living room - the loft bedroom has a smart TV.
- WiFi included of course.
- Condo is located right next to a heated swimming pool with a charcoal BBQ area.
- Provide a key for tennis court access.
- Easy walk to the beach - calm cove (great for snorkeling) with built-in umbrellas for shade.
- The nearby Turtle Bay Hotel offers numerous walking/jogging paths, bike trails, surfing & paddle boarding classes, horseback riding and more!

This upstairs condo catches the cool tradewinds unique to the Hawaiian Islands, which you can enjoy while taking in the view of the majestic Ko'olau mountain range from your lanai.

The condo contains a stacked washer/dryer capable of handling small loads during your stay. You are assigned 1 designated parking stall (maximum 2 vehicles - please request an additional parking pass if needed).

In the check-in instructions you will get before you arrive, there is a code so you can enter the secured gates to the parking area. Also included in the check-in instructions is a code for the condo door (it is a smart-lock door), and once inside you will see the FOB and/or keycard that allows you easy access in and out of the parking area and also to the condo pools. There is one short flight of stairs from the parking stall to the condo, as the unit is on the second floor.

Guest access:
The entire 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is yours in addition to a dedicated parking stall in a gated community. You have access to the heated swimming pool, tennis courts and BBQ areas. The neighborhood - Kuilima Estates East - is beautifully maintained. Your condo is located just outside of the popular Turtle Bay Resort, just a 5 minute walk away. All condo guests can take advantage of a majority of hotel amenities: restaurants and bars, beaches, walking and jogging trails, surf lessons, stand-up paddling, horseback riding, kayaking, helicopter tours, Hawaiiana activities, and golfing. The Point, the hotel's poolside bar, is a great spot to indulge in poolside/surfside dining and drinks, as well as live entertainment. *Please note: Hotel swimming pools are for registered guests of the Turtle Bay Resort only.* You will have access to the swimming pool located within the gated community of your condo.

Other things to note:
You can be assured you will be entering a condo that is as clean and as sanitized as possible.
Per Hawaii state law, a 15% transient accommodation tax will be included when you confirm your booking on Airbnb.
We will try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs if we can. It will just depend on other same-day arrivals or departures. But if we can make it work, we will!
