'Overall our stay at this property was great. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful in all areas. Specifically James at the check in counter was such a blessing after a crazy 24hr delay with our flight and made the rest of my husbands birthday trip phenomenal. We really enjoyed being right across the street from the beach and within a 10 minute walk from many shopping and dining options. The only things that we disliked were dining options within the hotel were limited, parking was incredibly...

'Great location, good amenities, beachtowels for the beach and free rental beachchairs and umbrellas. Nice pool, coolest bar in waikiki (Tiki's) and nice views from the rooms. Keana from the reception was a great help. She worked nightshifts when we arrived and gave us a nice room. Only one issue for us, the elevators can be slow. Sometimes it takes a while to get to your floor. Would recommend and would come back. Mahalo! '

'Great spot, food and pool. Would definitely come back again! We checked out of this hotel, tried another and within 24 hrs we were back at the Outrigger. Very family friendly.'

'Goede kamer met prima bedden en badkamer. Ontbijt is simpel, maar de locatie van het ontbijt, rond het zwembad, is vreselijk. Ook erg winderig. Liften (3) in kleine toren zijn snel en geen probleem.'

'Parking lot very crowded and spaces too small, even for little cars. No microwaves in room, had to take elevator to another floor to heat up food in a "community" microwave next to the ice machine. Other than that, a great place to stay.'
