'I chose this hotel due to its size and location (quite central), but I was disappointed when we arrived. The staff is very friendly and quite helpful, but unfortunately they were building and refurbishing different parts of the property. This resulted in a drained swimming pool and loud construction noise throughout the day and into the night. When we asked about the construction at night, the staff did a wonderful job of stopping the construction. This was very thoughtful and helpful. ...
