'Great location near downtown and walking distance to Memorial Park with miles of trails. Safe neighborhood, nice to have garage parking, and a lot of space. Host was very accommodating with requests. It had a lot of appliances that were handy (such as the waffle maker and electric tea kettle), but could use of few more pots and pans (although we cooked Thanksgiving dinner, so likely more intricate than most vacation cooking).'

As others have noted, by “shared property” it means that while you have the upstairs to yourself, you still enter through the front door and foyer of the ground level occupied by the homeowners.
