'We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very clean and has a lot of room. The neighborhood is so quiet, yet it is only a short walk to convenience stores, a grocery store, many restaurants, and the train station. The host is great, they provided plenty of helpful information for first-time visitors to Japan. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a place in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy train ride into the heart of Tokyo.'

'Location was perfect! Convenient to trains, food and shopping. We loved how every night when we got off at Kinshicho Station, we just looked up and followed the beautiful Tokyo Skytree back home. 'We met the host at check in and he kindly showed us the trickier things around the house like the water heater, fancy thermostat, and gas stove. He let us know he was about 15 minutes away if we needed anything. That was a nice reassurance. The stairs are small and no handrail but there are non slip bars on each step for a bit of safety. 'We loved the old authentic experience of the house. It had a lot of space and is located in an excellent area. On the downside, the kitchen sink is the only place to wash your hands after using the toilet which is pretty gross. Because there is only one sink to wash vegetables, do the dishes, drink water, shave, and clean your hands… the area gets pretty crowded. The beds are also substandard, just old mattresses on the ground. It would make a lot more sense to have a few rooms using Japanese...

'We loved the location and easy access to trains and nearby 7-11 and grocery. The house was wonderful for 4 adults, and big enough to accommodate more. We had a toilet get plugged during the stay and help was sent right away and resolved. I look forward to recommending this house to other friends that will visit. Worth every bit!'

"Dit was het eerste hotel waarin wij verbleven in Japan. We wisten dus niet zo goed wat wij moesten verwachten. Alles was zeer goed geregeld het het personeel sprak goed genoeg Engels om alles duidelijk te maken en onze vragen te beantwoorden. Het hotel biedt een gratis shuttle aan naar Tokyo Disneyland en Tokyo DisneySea (vooral Tokyo DisneySea is een echte aanrader) super handig en je wordt recht voor de ingang afgezet. Daarnaast is het hotel op loopafstand van een station met goede verbinding en zijn er veel restaurants en andere winkels op loopafstand te vinden. "
