'Location of the house at the top of the hill with an ocean view and very private is pretty amazing. Walking distance to the beach and main street with eateries. Off street parking can be a little challenging for exiting, as driveway is on a hill and around a corner without much space to turn the car around in the yard, so need to be careful when backing out of the driveway into the street. Good lay-out of the house and well appointed kitchen, with a huge cupboard full of games to keep you...

'We stayed here as our mountain escape after our beach adventure. It was a lovely place to chill and relax.The bird life and the crickets & cicades provided an ambient background noise (a bit too much at times, but that is nature!)It was very hot on two afternoons here, and as the property is off grid, fans sufficed to keep us cool. An extra fan or two, and extension cord would have helped!Otherwise, the property is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!'

'"The Shack" was an excellent place to stay and was presented as listed. It is close to river, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The yard is excellent for traveling with a dog as it is completely enclosed. There are two great decks, one small one at the front and a large deck at the back. It was very clean and well presented with many extras supplied such as bikes and toiletries. The. property is in a quiet street with walking areas close by. I would recommend this property to family and friends'
