'I stayed here for a 2 day conference in Boat of Garten and was within a 5 minute walk of the venue. Great comms from the hosts and place was perfectly presented and very comfortable; you might want to place another comment book in there as the existing one is full although it was fun reading through people's thoughts and and suggestions and you have clearly followed up on these. If i'm back this way, it would be the first place i book. Thanks Again. Breakfast options were a nice touch, thankyou...

'The property is in an area we know we'll, close to the golf course, beach and not far from the harbour. The sea is only 200m away through the back gate from th parking and there are views from both the kitchen and main bedroom. Very comfortable, very well equipped, clean and modern. A lovely welcome gift was also left on the table for us - thank you!tea, coffee etc. all in the kitchen as were toilet rolls etc. Just a case of unpacking and settling in!'

'Great location with supermarket and plenty of take aways within 5 minutes walk. Comes with a parking space in a small car park to the rear of the property. Has all facilities you would need, Wifi, smart tv, microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, fridge, iron, ironing board, airer, coffee machine kettle, toaster, plates cutlery etc etc. Nice park nearby, plenty of places to visit within a short drive. 'The property is located in an almost secluded area and very quiet. We enjoyed the amount of space available for our family - we did not feel on top of each other. Amenities are close by, within walking distance. Even though there are other flats/apartments around, you did not feel it within the property and made it feel very private. We really enjoyed our stay there.'

'RENTER BEWARE! I stayed at this property May of 2024. The Host lists his properties on multiple sites so he will often double book. He double booked and asked to switch me to one of his other properties which I agreed to. Once I arrived it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Towels on the floor, dirty linens, food spoiling, trash about. I contacted him and he didn’t respond, I had to spend an entire night of my trip shopping for fresh linens and laundering the towels,...

'We had a perfect time at the house. The views are so beautiful. We had NO problems at all! You need a car to get to the house, that is important to know. It was quiet, I loved the sheep grazing around the house. There is a lot to do and see in the neighberhood. If I was going to this part of the country, I would defenitively choose this house again!
