'Air conditioning was amazing and kept up well with an extremely hot Texas week. Game tables were very fun and appliances worked well. The house met our basic needs. Host was very responsive when a bed was missing. Room for (sometimes major) improvements: -Had to ask for access to house even after check in time. Thankfully, host responded within 15 minutes. -The flooring is coming up in multiple places. Really pretty dangerous. -While house sleeps 8, there are not enough place settings or...

'My son stayed here for a summer internship (June-August). It was the perfect size for a single person. The neighborhood felt safe and I didn’t have to worry about him or his car. When the hurricane hit, the host was helpful when we contacted them. '

'This was a great little place to stay a few days. Definitely better than a hotel. Cute cottage with all ya need. Couple of jacuzzis and nice view from them. Chose it for proximity to Kemah Boardwalk. The floor is soft between the bed and into the bathroom next to the toilet and floor tiles didn't fit right but covered them up with rugs. May consider repairing the soft foot before it gets worse and an injury occurs. Bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed the stay there.'

'Communication was excellent, good use of limited space. The back deck was wonderful to watch wildlife and relax. For 2 it was super cozy and remote for our dealings in the south Houston area, better for those visiting Kemah, Texas City and Galveston.'

'This property is positioned perfectly! It was close to lots of options for our family’s 4 day getaway! The pictures are great, but even more spacious and beautiful in person. There were plenty of towels for both shower and the pool to go around so no need to pack those. It was myself, my wife, and 8 of our children who stayed.
