'I had an extremely disappointing experience when I booked a stay at this property. After arriving at Nairobi airport, I took an Uber to the location, arriving just around midnight. Upon arrival, we waited at the gate for approximately 15 minutes before a man came out. He appeared either upset or as though he had been woken up, and immediately demanded to know if the reservation had been paid. I showed him proof of payment through the Hotels.com app, but he continued to scrutinize it, seemingly...

'We stayed one night, after arriving late evening to the airport and departing early morning to Safari tour. The place is not far from Airport which was convenient. It's within residential area, gated community. It was OK except quite hard to find for our driver/guides. The room was basic but sufficient. Bathroom was OK but could use some improvements, we were not very lucky with hot water. Breakfast was good and the host was welcoming and friendly.'

There were some repairs/upkeep pieces that would be helpful but overall nothing major. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is the marketing is a bit misleading.
