'New build property. Everything high quality, the staff are friendly and helpful and keep the complex in a very good condition. Very peaceful and quiet. Inside the property has all modern appliances along with stylish furniture and bedding etc. '

'The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

'Every bedroom, gathering space, and lounging area throughout the house (inside and out) is comfortably appointed and thoughtfully designed. The staff of the house are warm, inviting, and exceptionally professional. We loved the location along the water - close access for beach walks and shopping, yet plenty of quiet and privacy while still steps away from activity. Forodhani House is a very special place and our group was honored by our experience!'

'Hans was a wonderful host and the property is immaculate with a beautiful garden and a crystal clear pool. It’s a short walk to the beach even with a toddler. The best part was Hans connecting us with great local accommodations including a FANTASTIC chef, Hassan. We look forward to staying there again. '

'This was a pleasant resort that was spacious and we enjoyed use of the pool and the availability of a restaurant on property. The restaurant service however was very poor and made it less interesting to utilize due to the difficulty of ordering. Overall the property is lovely and the reception was welcoming and accommodating.'
