'La Dolce Vita' is gelegen in de oude binnenstad, Key West !! Slechts 3 korte blokken naar Southernmost Beach en Southernmost Point in het hart van de historische wijk.

Het appartement is volledig gerenoveerd! Het heeft dramatische, hoge 14 ft plafonds, een graniet, kombuisachtige keuken, roestvrijstalen apparaten, nieuwe koelkast, geweldige ijsmaker, nieuwe glazen kookplaat, nieuwe magnetron, verlichting in de keukenladen en kasten. Het heeft nieuwe kersenhouten vloeren, een queensize bed met traagschuimmatras, 60 'flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer, 35' flatscreen-tv in de slaapkamer, nieuwe plafondventilatoren, geheel nieuwe badkamer, kroonlijst met verzonken verlichting op dimmers, en ook touwverlichting aan het plafond in het hele appartement voor een gezellig, ontspannend gevoel.

Dit appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping en heeft een gedeelde veranda met 2 zitstoelen op een groot afgeschermd balkon, waar u kunt zitten en luisteren naar de geluiden van Key West.

Loop overal! Slechts een paar blokken van Southernmost Beach aan de Atlantische Oceaan.

'La Dolce Vita' bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een oud Victoriaans gebouw in Key West-stijl.

Er is een gedeeld zwembad beschikbaar voor onze gasten een paar blokken verderop. Gelieve eerst een sleutel op te halen bij ons kantoor voor onroerend goedbeheer.
Een korte fietstocht in de historische zeehaven van Conch Harbor is Dante's pool & Raw Bar aan Caroline Street 951. Ze hebben een groot zwembad, restaurant, volledige bar en tiki-bar en het is open voor het publiek (kinderen en huisdieren welkom).

Een blok verderop op 300 Catherine Street is het buurthuis met een groot zwembad, picknicktafels, basketbalvelden en een speeltuin.

Een paar korte blokken verderop ligt het zuidelijkste strand aan de Atlantische Oceaan, dat gratis toegankelijk is voor het publiek.
Een paar blokken verderop ligt Fort Zachary Taylor Beach.

U heeft geen auto nodig met deze locatie! Parkeer het en laat het achter!

Beautiful Location!
We spent 10 wonderful nights at La Dolce Vita and it was conveniently close to Old Town Key West and all the best beaches. This booking is amazing and you will not be disappointed. Checking in was so easy and the condo was spotless. I will definitely book this gem again when I return to Key West.

KEY WEST RETREAT
Very clean and organized. Location great. Parking for golf cart very challenging. Would be nice to offer a designated parking spot for price that you are paying. Air conditioning needs some improvement. You can not adjust thermastat under 72 degrees. Eventhough it was set at 72 the temperature stayed between 76-78 degrees. It is on 2nd floor as stated in property description but the steps are steep and there are many so pack luggage in small carryable bags. I would rate property between 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Property owners communicated well. It is a very small apt but well appointed.

Don't bring a car
You can walk everywhere but parking is an issue in Key West. We had to pay 40.00 a night to park and it was a long walk back. We were told that there is parking on the streets and parking lots but not for 24 hours. We did finally on our last day find a spot on a side street that is 24 hours but it is difficult to find because of the traffic. Good Luck, otherwise the artist that owns this cute little piece of heaven has done a superior job decorating.

Always a pleasure
We’ve stayed here four times previously and it’s always a great experience. The condo was immaculate with great amenities. The hosts are super. The location is within 10 yards of S Duval with great access to many restaurants, the beach and the Southernmost Point. While we were there, we booked again for next year.

Colorful and artsy
The property was just as described and decorated with multiple bright colored walls. High ceilings give the rental a feeling of a bigger space. Your artwork displayed on the walls literally paints a picture of the Key West vibe. Loved the rental, thank you Debbie & Wolfgang.

Apartment was perfect & clean. Location was great. My only bout of frustration was taking down where yhe pool was. Listing said to get a entry card to enter the pool with no address for the pool just the office... Also there was maybe another pool but only a street for a Location. This would be my only complaint. Seem thier needs to be better communicating between the property management business and the owner! Or just a better understanding of how or where these amenities are located... In the visit to the property management office they informed me that thier is not a entry card... just gave us a address.... which is another rental w the shared pool... Pool was great and private not much sun tho!

Don’t judge a book by its cover.
The location of the property was great and the photos were pretty spot on however not everything that glitters is gold. First day we realized there was no hot water. After speaking with the owner they said maintenance would come check it out. The hot water returned for about 5 seconds and went right back to cold. Next day we woke up to no power. Emergency flood lights were on all night. Can you imagine waking up to these bright white lights shining in your face at 3 am and you have no control of shutting them off. We left the next morning and when we returned the power was restored. The next day my husband turned in the bathroom faucet to brush his teeth and the water coming out was thick and black, almost sludge like. The final morning we woke up and the vent in the ceiling in the bedroom was hanging out of the wall. The ceiling was dripping water from the hole of the vent and the water was dripping all over my husbands suitcase. We also discovered that from the vent falling out there were shards of the ceiling all over the floor and all over my husbands suitcase. For the price of this home we were very less then impressed. I’d recommend finding a different home for the price you will pay. One that has simple amenities like hot water, electricity, and clean running water.

Excellent condo!
This was our first trip to Key West, and we couldn’t have been happier with this beautiful condo! When we arrived, we were very impressed with how clean it was. It was also decorated beautifully and the AC was very cold. You can’t beat the location, literally a few steps to Duval St.. We parked and never had to move the car the entire time we stayed, as you can really walk everywhere. Communication with the owners was also excellent. Highly recommend this condo, and we will definitely be back! Thank you Wolfgang and Debi for helping to make our 20th anniversary and honeymoon an amazing, comfortable experience!

Nice Stay
Good: Location, space, price, neighborhood, proximity to EVERYTHING, property owner was very prompt when contacted. Not so good: WiFi is extremely slow, our door actually did not lock when we got there. It was messed up and would not lock leaving our possessions and us vulnerable. However, the property owner had it fixed within 24 hours but that was kind of a big deal. Ways to improve: It could use a general furniture update and more kitchen utensils and amenities could be supplied. I do understand renters generally are very hard on rentals so I get that avenue. Overall: Affordable, clean, good experience. I would recommend.

The listing made it appear there was a pool on site. Reallity was its four to five blocks away on another property. Not convenient at all. Room furnishings in are fair to poor conditions. Rooms need a fresh coat of paint.

Very Nice
Its in a great spot close to everything. Very dog friendly, though the pool (a few blocks away) is not. I actually wanted to shower off with the dog before we got into the condo bc of the sand from the beach I knew, and did track in. The number in the welcome book was not helpful with this. Also, if I may suggest some type of gutter system for the balcony. The condo is upstairs and I understand dogs pee on the balcony but I dont want it to drip on me as I go up and down. There was someone sweeping the balcony in the am but all I could think was, your sweeping pee! So that was kinda gross. I do think the fifty "service" and one-hundred and twenty five cleaning are a bit much but over all it was a nice stay and I would stay again. (Had to write it out bc they dont want readers to know?? if you book wouldn't you know what your paying anyway??) Why are we trying to hide that VRBO?

Birthday get away.
This is in a perfect location. 1/2 block off of Duvall and only 3 short blocks to the beach. Enjoyed the balcony and visiting with the other guests. The only problem was bringing kicked off of the internet a lot. I think it is a Key West issue. Other than that it was perfect.

Almost perfect
We're veterans of Key West stays----from hotels to inns to beds and breakfast. This stylish place is in our top 10. Why the "almost" in the above title? Little stuff, really. No rudimentary kitchen provisions, ie no salt/pepper; no coffee/tea; no sugar; no spices. Those cabinets were bare. A tray in the fridge was broken and laid inside. The bathroom faucet was quite wobbly and we were concerned it might pick our trip to fully break off. Again, small stuff.
