Oceanfront Sugar Beach Resort gerenoveerd penthouse - prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan!

Welkom bij Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse 34, een van de beste condos met uitzicht op de oceaan in Maui. De Lanai op de bovenste verdieping is zeer privé en kijkt uit op de eindeloze oceaan en 5 mijl van wit zandstrand - perfect voor rustige ochtend- of avondwandelingen. Bekijk de walvissen tijdens het walvisseizoen (januari tot april) zonder de residentie te verlaten en ervaar een aantal van de beste zonsondergangen in Maui vanaf het balkon. Het uitzicht op de oceaan is spectaculair !!

PH34 wordt rechtstreeks van de eigenaren verhuurd. De keuken en het bad werden volledig gerenoveerd in augustus 2018 met alle nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten en prachtige kwartstellers in de keuken voor een zeer schoon en modern gevoel. Het heeft allemaal nieuwe, zeer comfortabele meubels, waaronder een kingsize bed met een nieuwe matras en beddengoed (april 2018). De slaapbank is ook nieuw met een queensize opgewaardeerde matras voor uw comfort. Het appartement heeft ook een smart flatscreen-tv en een bluetooth JBL-luidspreker zodat u eenvoudig rechtstreeks van uw telefoon kunt genieten terwijl u in de keuken dineert en van het uitzicht geniet. We hebben ook gratis wifi voor uw gemak.

Ons appartement heeft ook centrale airconditioning die zeldzaam is voor Maui Condos - houd de binnenkant op welke temperatuur u het meest comfortabel maakt. Het appartement is smaakvol uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft, waaronder boogie boards, parasol, strandlakens, strandstoelen etc.

Het complex heeft liften voor gemakkelijke toegang van het appartement naar het strand en het prachtige zwembad aan zee, spa en barbecues. Het terrein is verzorgd en het gras leidt je naar het strand, op slechts een steenworp afstand. Er is een activiteitenboekingsbedrijf in de lobby waar u kunt profiteren van Maui's bezienswaardigheden en excursies, of gewoon de hele week kunt ontspannen en niets kunt doen.

Sugar Beach is gunstig gelegen aan de westkant van Maui. Het ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten van de luchthaven (en Costco!), 15-20 minuten ten noorden van Wailea en 30 minuten ten zuiden van Kaanapali en Lahaina.

Honestly the best spot hands down!!!

Great location for exploring the island

Nice sandy beach and lovely water views. Location for exploring the island is perfect. Great sunsets but due to west-facing, the porch gets quite warm in the afternoons. We went to the pool and sat under the nice roofed area near the water that provided great shade and breezes!Communication with Kevin, the host, was very good. He provided for a late checkout to accommodate our late flight to the next island. The bedroom was large enough to provide for two extra large suitcases and the kitchen allowed for any type of cooking needed.

Amazing Location

Beautiful, quiet property. Loved Dina’s Sandwitch shop and the Sugar Beach Bakery. Location was perfect! Great views with the beach, feet away. The unit was uber clean, watch out for the sliding glass door (too clean/clear you forget it’s there).

We’ve been coming to this resort for the last six years. We’ve stayed in places just as nice. The only downfall for us was that all the other places we stayed in had a pocket door between the toilet/shower area and the sink/bedroom area. It was hard to see this unit did not have that from the pictures, but that could’ve just been what we didn’t see. If that doesn’t bother you then it’s a very nice place to stay.Minor details that I’m sure the host will take care of: there were not any hot pads or baking sheets (glass baking dishes only). There was an abundance of very large pots and pans, which surprise me since only two people can stay in that unit. There were not any grilling utensils, but we managed with what was there.The one set of drawers is put in backwards(?) on the kitchen island, which leaves a very skinny shelf area for you to put any food items. Again, minor details. The host was very easy to communicate with and easy to contact.

Hawaii Vacation

The location of the condo was perfect, not quite in Kehei, but close enough to walk into town via the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The views from the Lanai were amazing. The condo was the perfect size for two people and we enjoyed the amenities that came with it. We did find the bathroom/bedroom set up to be a little odd as you had to go through the bath to get to the bedroom, but we made it work.

Sugar Beach memories

Everything was fantastic. The location is amazing and right on the beach. The view from the balcony is stunning and we saw one of the most beautiful sunsets of our lives about 45 minutes after I witnessed a whale breach in the distance. The location is very convenient to the airport which is a plus. Kevin is a personable and responsive host. I highly recommend this property for anyone considering the Kihei area.

Perfect Slice of Paradise

We were thrilled with our stay at Sugar Beach! The unit has a gorgeous view, and being on the top floor was lovely. The lanai blocks the afternoon wind, allowing you to still enjoy the sunshine when the winds pick up. The host was super communicative and responsive-we so appreciated him! Perfect stay in paradise!

We had a fabulous stay in Maui and highly recommend Kevin’s condo. The view truly cannot be beat. The condo is fully stocked, clean, and comfortable. This was our first time in Maui and we loved how central staying in Sugar Beach was to other parts of the island. The area is low key and less busy than other places we visited on the island. We loved being able to walk to Sugar Beach Bakery and the farmer’s market just down the beach. We also recommend the snorkel rental place and sandwich shop/bar that is one site. Very friendly! It was quite windy in the afternoons when we were there (partially due to nearby tropical storms that luckily didn’t really impact us), but the mornings on the beach were lovely and the pool and grounds were very well kept. Thanks for a wonderful retirement celebration!
