'This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. '

'We stayed in Warwick for just one day/night on one the hottest days in July 2024. This loft studio was just lovely, with a terrific location. Everything about the place was first rate for a rental. I would recommend this place without hesitation. The little town is charming and we enjoyed being able to walk to shops and pubs. Other places of interest and beauty and fun were short drives from the studio. The farmers market in town on Sunday was terrific. We were told there’s usually more activity...

'It was a fine property. Was sent the wrong security code by VRBO so first night we could not access the property. spent money on a hotel. The host messaged me the proper code but I missed that message until the next day. NOT cost effective'
