"We stayed 5 nights in the Prestige Lake Suite, a very spacious, beautifully decorated room on the 8th floor with stunning views on the lake. The room is perfect for a longer stay: living area, seperate bedroom, lots of storage space and a spacious bathroom, all with lake view. Breakfast was good, many different options available. We only had dinner once in the hotel, it was good quality but maybe a bit overpriced. In the area there are many nice restaurants to discover. The only point of criticism is the service. All staff is polite and professional, but also quite cold and impersonal. A more personal approach would make a big difference. Is that a reason not to choose this hotel? Definitely not, we would go back if we’re visiting Hamburg again. The hotel’s location is convenient and the hotel has a lot to offer, but a more personal touch would make this place outstanding. "
