'Ongelooflijk dat dit een hotel genoemd mag worden, informatie op de site over het "hotel" klopt niet. De medewerker achter de balie was grotendeels van de dag bezig met klachten af te handelen. Je hebt de beschikking over een niet schone kamer waar vlekken, ongedierte en kapotte gordijnroedes normaal zijn. Er zijn verder in dit "hotel"geen voorzieningen.'

'The young staff at the desk were very polite, professional, and engaging. The flat was clean and offered all one would need for quick prep of food. The location is very good, especially if you enjoy the many museum in the area. It was a perfect location for us! The location of our particular flat was in a small side col-de-sac off of Brompton street. Not much of a view from the terrace, but the quiet it provides for sleeping is priceless!!! I recommend it! My only complaint was upon check-out....

'We booked to stay here for 20 nights with a 6 month old baby. In advance of this, I had emailed asking to confirm the suitability of the cot and high chair. I was assured they were suitable by the hotel management. Upon arrival, we found out this was NOT the case, the cot was supplied with a soft pillow and the high chair was unsafe for a small baby. 'We stayed for three nights and the experience was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is luxurious and very nice. Room was high quality in all aspects. Bed perhaps a bit soft. We ate once in the restaurant Nahm which was good. Here the staff was correct but a bit formal. All in all a wonderful stay and we definitely will return here!'
