The Hideaway's are located inside the Historical neighborhood of 4th & Gill, which was one of the original prominent neighborhoods of Downtown Knoxville Residents in the early-mid 1900's. The stunning architecture of the Queen Anne Style homes has caught the attention of several HGTV shows.
Today, the vibrant neighborhood has become once again wildly popular as a choice place to live for its proximity to downtown, as well as the development of Coffeeshops, breweries, and restaurants that are within walking distance from the neighborhood.
Access to the home is easily accessible from I-40, with the Hall of Fame Drive Exit just 0.2 miles away.
Notable distances include:
✧ 0.5 miles to N Central Corridor (K-brew Coffee, Food Truck Park, Breweries, restaurants)
✧ 0.7 Miles to the Old City Nightlife
✧ 1.1 Miles to Downtown (Gay Street, Market Square)
✧ 2.7 Miles to University of TN
