'Just that the bed has always a sand or something rough (ofcourse I do clean my feet before going to bed). Probably because of an open air. But everything is completely beautiful. Very relaxing, chill and with peace, so sweet huts! 1 min walk to beach.'

'Yes very clean. Did have to ask for fresh towel after 3 days but we didn’t know we should put them on floor and had to ask for more soap and shampoo, only left once. The A/C stopped working and they had someone there right away. The staff is 5*, and are there to help in any service needed. Even for transportation on island and off. '

'Had a very pleasant stay at Ban Por Jai. Everything in the room was great and the location was excellent near the beach and a lot of restaurants. Friendly staff, Sata who was working in the evening was very helpful whenever anything needed to be fixed. Will stay here again whenever I return '

'Geen receptie, heel onduidelijk waar je u moet aanmelden. De eerste ochtend was men afval aan verbranden naast hotel, met dus stank van rook tot in kamer. Ik ben er 5 nachten geweest en kamer is nooit gekuisd geweest, beddengoed ook niet vervangen. Badkamer en zeker douche nogal verouderd '

'The chalets were completely inaccessible on the side of a mountain. You couldn’t drive a normal car up to them and to get to them you had to climb up very steep and very wet steps mostly just stones. There is no way you could carry a suitcase. The views were amazing but I never stayed there it was impossible. I believe they are building a road then it should be ok'

'This could be a decent property if someone actually cared. Lots if stuff laying around. A toilet brush got thrown on the ground after use and stayed there for four days. Sheets and towels get washed and thrown on a couch until they are needed again. Not folded. Garbage and junk everywhere. Ants in our room constantly and no spray. The room was clean but the overall impression was not great. Would not stay here again. '

'I booked for a week and stayed 10 days longer. Great place to relax, swim, get massages, unwind. There are many small restaurants. The owners can arrange tours and transportation. '

'We had a great time here. Sareena is a great very helpful host. She arranged our trip to Ko Jum for us and a very nice snorkeling trip. The riverhouse is spacious and clean. The family restaurant is also great value! Sunee is a fantastic host and cook! We would definitely return here! '

'We had 5 nights at Alanta Villa, and by day two we knew we hadn’t booked long enough. The villas are peaceful, well appointed, comfortable, and very private. "The family room was superb, very big and clean. The beds were very good. The location is unfortunately not at the beach, as the name would suggest, but it’s only a 2 minute walk until you’re at the beach. There is lots of restaurants on the main road or at the beach, and the restaurant at the resort itself is also very good, if not a bit pricier than standard restaurants. The pool is on the smaller side but due the rather bad weather, we were usually the only ones in so we didn’t find it a bother! The staff arranged a rental car and a trip for us without issue, so I wouldn’t think twice about using their services for this! "

"Mooi in natuurlijke omgeving. Gratis shuttle naar je villa. Groot mooi zwembad dat uitkijkt over zee. Goede massage gehad in het hotel. Wij waren er met onze baby van 1 jaar. Die vond de kids club erg leuk. Wij zouden zeker terug gaan maar willen altijd nieuwe plekken ontdekken."

"Schitterend strand en mooie accommodatie. Ruime, nette kamer/bungalow en absoluut een aanrader. Het ontbijt laat nog te wensen over en aan alles merk je daarin bog de wederopbouw na Covid, maar de potentie zit er zeker in.Koh Lanta is mede daardoor ons favoriete eiland gebkeken. Vriendelijk, gemoedelijk en ontzettend mooi. "

"The room needs update and was not clean the bathroom is dirty,old en not fresh its very load also and much mosquitos. Pool was ok. Beds in the pool very hard, they need to put matras in it Beach was good. People at the reception not to nice but at the restaurant was friendly Restaurant closes early at night. Overall little bit disappointed about the hotel"
