'There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. 'The owner is very friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and looks good. You got everything you need, microwave, big tv, washing machine. Loved the rooftop pool the most! Also the location is great, Central festival and LK Metro is around the corner. Looking forward to come back.'
