'Great apartment. Great building with good facilities. Lack of lifts is a downfall. It has only 3 lifts but needs 6. So often have to wait a long time for a lift. Pool area is great. Gym very good for a building gym.. They have huge luggage lockers 50thb per hour to store bags on checkout days. Could use more than only 2 towels per stay.'

'There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad '

'The owner is very friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and looks good. You got everything you need, microwave, big tv, washing machine. Loved the rooftop pool the most! Also the location is great, Central festival and LK Metro is around the corner. Looking forward to come back.'
