'Loved this beautiful home! An open layout and tasteful decorations made this stay very enjoyable. The cozy leather chair was a favorite to relax in and the king size bed was quite comfortable. We found everything we needed there for our week long stay in this clean house. Location was perfect, right off the main road! 'Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak.'

'We had a great stay at the Shoreline. All of the rooms in the unit are large, giving us plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean and the location was convenient for all of our activities in Kodiak. If you plan on using the laundry, make sure to take enough quarters. I believe it was $1.50 for a load in the wash and $2.00 per load to dry. We had a great stay and I would recommend staying here on a trip to Kodiak.'

'This place is perfect for us. It nice, quiet and comfortable. I try and stay here every time I stay in Kodiak. '

'The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The ocean view was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing against the the rocks all day and night, was like having a built in lullaby. I would highly recommend this for larger groups. '

'Wow…. The properties are fantastic. Quite frankly my history with VRBO has been hit and miss so I don’t traditionally leave reviews but this stay was different. My family and I stayed in the blue house before engaging in the MTNs for a week and the red house upon return. Our stay was extraordinary! The views are very nice and feel is all there. 'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '
