'Wow…. The properties are fantastic. Quite frankly my history with VRBO has been hit and miss so I don’t traditionally leave reviews but this stay was different. My family and I stayed in the blue house before engaging in the MTNs for a week and the red house upon return. Our stay was extraordinary! The views are very nice and feel is all there. We were just looking for a place that we could relax book ending our activities and got a lot more. Quite frankly already looking for excuses to...

'The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The ocean view was stunning and the sound of the waves crashing against the the rocks all day and night, was like having a built in lullaby. I would highly recommend this for larger groups. '

'The host was very accomodating and responsive. The house has a nice arctic entry for storing gear. 2 refrigerators, and a chest freezer. Plenty of space to store food. Smart TVs in every room. And comfortable beds. Very much recommend'

'This place has such an amazing view. Very comfortable place to wake up in. Have the best view to sit and have a cup of coffee and start your day. The only thing I would change is maybe a little bit more soundproofing from the clients downstairs. The first evening there were some louder clients downstairs. Understandably there's nothing the host can really do about it. Just unfortunate some people are louder than others.'

'Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the beach every morning to search for sea glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak.'

'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '
