Geniet van een betoverend uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit dit ruime appartement met 3 slaapkamers, waar u kunt ontspannen met spectaculaire zonsondergangen op de Lanai.

Er is airconditioning in het hele appartement, inclusief de slaapkamers. U kunt de temperatuur in elke kamer afzonderlijk regelen. Als de tradewind waait, kun je de ramen open hebben en naar de oceaan luisteren. Zo niet, dan is het comfort van AC beschikbaar voor elke kamer en voorkeur.

Ons appartement bevindt zich op het hoogste niveau, zodat u niet wordt gestoord door buren hierboven. Op de begane grond is de bijgewerkte keuken, woon / eetkamer, een half bad / wasruimte en zeezicht Lanai. Ook op deze verdieping is een 50-inch smart-tv, gratis WiFi en Bluetooth-luidsprekers.

Alle drie de slaapkamers hebben een eigen badkamer met douche. Op de tweede verdieping heeft de hoofdslaapkamer een California King bed en een 40 inch smart tv. De 2e slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed en de derde verdieping heeft twee tweelingen die kunnen worden veranderd in een koning. Alle slaapkamers hebben gewelfde plafonds, tv's en airconditioning.

Het klifcomplex is ontworpen voor plezier en ontspanning met een zwembad, jacuzzi en tennisbaan. Het barbecuegebied heeft 3 grills en het terrein is bezaaid met tropische bloemen.

Dicht bij het appartement is een breed scala aan winkels en eetgelegenheden. Twee van onze favorieten zijn Kukui'ula Village en Old Koloa Town.

In de omgeving zijn er veel stranden om te verkennen. Loop naar het oosten naar het wereldklasse Hyatt en Shipwreck Beach, west brengt je naar Poipu Beach. Snorkel met schildpadden en papegaaivissen, rijd over de golven of hang gewoon rond op een prachtig strand. Veel plezier!

Best Sunset views!
This location works great for our family. We have four kids ages 7 to 12. Having the pool right below us was a must for those early morning or evening swims. That is before or after we went out hiking or hitting the beach. And speaking of beaches, both shipwreck and Poipu Beach, where an easy walk or a short drive away. The AC was a real nice touch in the evenings when the sun was blasting in and made for comfortable sleeps.

View is amazing
The online photo of the view from the balcony does not do it justice. It has an amazing 160 degrees view of the ocean and great location with a walking trail going to the east and a 10min walk to Poipu Beach to the west. Overall the condo was nice to stay at and A/C worked great. The grounds and pool were well kept and it was quiet. The only thing that would have been better to know about in advance was to see a picture of the loft bathroom because it was too tiny of a sink to use for an adult and the loft was not as clean as the rest of the condo was.

Great stay
We are a family of 6 staying for 4 days 3 nights. This is very convenient location — can see the sunrise and sunset from this property . We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi after long hikes . There are cooking ware . There are a lot of restaurants but the wait time was xtra long . We made breakfast every day. Great savings The air conditioning made it worthwhile . The entire stay was lovely and would recommend this unit .

Lovely property
We really enjoyed our stay here. Having the bedrooms on separate floors from the living room is a nice feature. The beds were comfortable, and having a half-bath on the main floor was a plus! There are no elevators in this building, and all three bedrooms are upstairs, so be prepared for that. The walking path behind the building offers lovely views. The pool never got too busy, and the hot tub felt great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay in this property again. Thanks for offering this property in the rental pool!

Cozy condo in Poipu
Our third time in Kauai. Great condo in Poipu that easily accommodated our family of 5 (12 year old, 2 teenagers, myself and my wife). Location was perfect for accessing Poipu Beach, Breakneck Beach, Shipwreck Beach, and all the restaurants in Koloa. Seems relatively recently upgraded on the inside (overall building is older, but decent). Kitchen was well stocked and there were chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and some beach toys in the closet. Plenty of linens, beach towels, kitchen towels, and bathroom towels. Very quiet property with well-insulated walls. We slept very comfortably! Views from the patio are gorgeous! Property management was excellent, with clear and friendly communication throughout the stay. We even misplaced a key (long story - we retrieved it) and the property manager guided us to locate a spare to enter the property. Only very minor gripe - when AC is on throughout the property the fan blows hot air onto the balcony patio making it hard to sit there. This was a problem for all the other condos in the building besides ours and wasn’t an issue throughout the stay, especially on the cooler days when we weren’t running AC. Overall, would highly recommend this condo and this location!

Great Place
Condo was as advertised. Location was fantastic and everything was neat and clean in the condo. Short drive to Poipu and Koloa. Watching the waves hit the shore and seeing a sea turtle steps from the condo were cool. Liz and the property manager were responsive if we had a question or concern. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping make our first trip to Kauai a trip to remember.

Perfect getaway
Comfortable breeze and sounds of ocean. We didn’t miss the AC except when we first arrived on a hot day but just had to open everything up. Great trail to walk to beach, great spot on property to watch sunset, we played pickleball, good central location to do day trips north and west. Saw lots of whales and dolphins from balcony and cliffs.

Amazing stay!
We had an amazing trip to Kauai staying at this condo. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Appreciated all of the bathrooms! Great location with breathtaking views. Really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas. A/C worked great in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location and awesome views.
Great location overlooking the ocean. We were with 6 adults and the place provided enough space for all. Convenient location as a home base to see the island. The property manager responded to our questions and attended to the fixing of the leaking kitchen tap right away. If we ever come back to the island we would book this place again.

Loved this place. Location was perfect Beach's both directions. The pool and hot tub great for relaxing. Comfortable and beautiful the bedrooms really nice. I would stay there again also I would recommend it. We used the lawn chairs several times. Had a really nice time.

Property is very conveniently located to beaches and shopping on the south shore. We loved the ocean views and the condo was a good size and well stocked for our family. Property manager was very communicative and helped us arrange for a late checkout on our departure date. Only real downside was no easy beach access, but that is resolved by a short 5 minute drive to the beautiful Poipu Beach. Overall a great property.

Family Vacation
This property was fantastic for our group! Five adults in total: My parents, my brother, my husband and I. This spot is an easy walk along a path to the Hyatt beach or a quick walk or drive down to Poipu beach and Brennecke’s. Lots of good food choices in the area and a beautiful view of the ocean from the property. I absolutely recommend this spot for a family vacation!

The central location of the condo allowed for easy access to different parts of the island. The three bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and access to the pickle ball court was nice. The pool was refreshing and cleaned daily. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book here again.

Wonderful stay
We very much enjoyed our stay. We we’re Grandparents vacationing with our adult daughter, her husband and toddler. The unit is as described, clean and well stocked with everything you need - with a great view of the ocean and the pool, and in the best area of Poipu. Walk in one direction right on to the Heritage Trail that goes by the Grand Hyatt and onward for a gorgeous hike Or in the other direction a nice walk to Poipu beach. The only caveat is that if stairs are a problem this is not a good choice. Otherwise I highly recommend.
