'Owner was very nice and gave clear directions and had lots of nice beach gear to loan. It is kind of a boarding house situation with different guests in different bedrooms
I missed that it wasn't air conditioned in the description. Temp was ok at night but pretty warm mid afternoon. Easy walk to beaches and pool. Meh bed.'

'We had the absolute best stay at the Koa Kea. We loved how the resort is on the smaller side, and you can easily walk out of your room and to the pool, beach, or to some nearby businesses (little fish, puka dog, surf shop..). The staff was super friendly and accommodating as well. I also loved being greeted with real leis, chocolate for our honeymoon, and wine in the room when we arrived! The pool bar had some yummy food, and good drinks. The sunrise yoga was fantastic as well. We stayed here...

'very well stocked with everything including kleenex and shower products . lovely and comfortable outdoor area, comfortable beds, beach equipment , coolers and towels in excellent condition and a plus to have available . Grilling area, grounds and gardens were very clean and well maintained , so many beautiful flowers everywhere.'
