'We had a good stay at the Point. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and big enough. There is everything you need. The furniture looks outdated, but it have it's charms. The resort looks great and we enjoyed the pool. The kids loved it. The drinks at the pool are good and affordable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location is central to visit al the known tourist sites.We enjoyed our stay and we recommend this resort.'
'This place was quite large! Tons of space. The front area has a couch and dining table. This is the couch that is the pull out for an extra bed. There is a separate living room area with kitchen between these two. Great layout for separating sleeping areas. Plus the king bed in the bedroom! Was very clean. Instructions were clear. Second key saved my a a time or two because the door does lock automatically no matter what. Grounds were clean and gorgeous. It was nice to have a full size fridge...
'Wonderful location, can walk to restaurants and shops in less than 10 minutes. Beautiful spot to catch the sunset on the water across the street.
Poipu lots of beaches you can walk or drive to near by. Rooms were very clean! Fabulous pools, and a nice adults only pool that felt very secluded. Great value!'
'If you are planning a stay at Poipu, stay at Ko’a Kea. It is a small boutique property but experienced enough to provide great service, grounds and food. The property was well maintained and clean. It is right at the oceanfront and our room faced it, just steps away. Everything we ate and drank from the bar menu and Red Salt was superb. There are a some things that could be improved that are not Hurricane Lowell related. The bathroom and shower could use updated tile and trim and a double sink....
'What a great spot if you’re staying on the South end. The condo is spacious, has a fabulous lanai, a well stocked kitchen, and a comfy bed. Just a short walk to Poipu beach for sunrise and sunset walks and turtle and seal viewing. Also Maha’ulepu trail is quite close for a great scenic hike. The hosts were super attentive and helpful and left some welcome snacks which was a nice touch. While there is no AC, the condo is on an upper floor and gets plenty of breezes to keep it cool.'
'Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great, and the unit was comfortable. The only downside was the refrigerator. The temporary fridge was quite small, and we were told it would be replaced. However, during our stay, no one contacted us or arranged for the replacement. We wish the management had addressed the refrigerator issue sooner, as it would have made our stay even more enjoyable. Other than that, we had a wonderful experienced.'
'We absolutely loved our stay at Cameron's place - Nestled in a chill resort area and easy access to a walking path to both nearby Shipwreck and Poipu beach areas (my fav part). Didn't use the pool or hot tub, but took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Thanks Cameron! Hope we get to visit again soon!'
