'Staff excellent, poke best ever location plus's. Negatives were
1 towl in bathroom when arrived, Worst Bed Ever in over 3000 hotels I finally complained the 3rd day when my back was going out and they replaced the mattress, extra charges galore. AIf this place was remodeled and cleaned up a few issues it I would recommend it but too many issues.'

'No one told us of the 40$ a day parking. I went back to Expedia and checked. I was wrong , it said 30$ a day.. I wish the receptionist would’ve told us upon check in. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay!'

'Location was perfect for 10 minute walk to convention at Grand Hyatt and beach.
Never made it to the pool, not sure where it’s at.
2 minute drive to poipu beach where 20 large turtles were resting and beautiful sunset.
The use of chairs, umbrella, ice chest and snorkeling gear was very convenient. '
