Villa Atlantis

Villa Atlantis is de perfecte villa voor kleine en voor grotere groepen. Gelegen in de wijk "Punt Vierkant" met prachtig uitzicht over de zee en directe toegang tot de zee. De villa is zeer ruim opgezet met 7 luxe suites met ensuite badkamers waarbij meerdere suites over zee uitkijken. De villa beschikt over 2 zwembaden, een kinderbad en een infinity pool gelegen aan de zee.

De villa bestaat uit een hoofdgebouw met 5 ensuite suites met kingsize bedden. Daarnaast is er een bijgebouw waar 2 suites met eigen badkamer bevinden. We rekenen 2 gasten per slaapkamer, mochten er meer kamers gewenst zijn dan rekenen we een extra schoonmaak en linnen bedrag. Alle suites zijn voorzien van een eigen airconditioning. Bij de woonkamer en keuken is het mogelijk om veel deuren open te zetten waardoor de Caribische wind heerlijk door de villa blaast. Tevens is er een tv ruimte voorzien van airconditioning en rondom de villa zijn er meerdere grotere maar ook intiemere plekken om gezellig te dineren of te genieten van een drankje.

Koken is in deze villa prachtig, heerlijk uitzicht over de oceaan en voorzien van alle gemakken. In de bijkeuken bevind zich een extra koelkast, wasmachine en een droger.

Van massages tot chefs die voor grote groepen koken, we denken graag samen met u mee om uw vakantie onvergetelijk te maken.

Heel fijne, ruimtelijke villa!
Met de hele familie (14pers) hier verbleven ter gelegenheid van ons huwelijk op Bonaire. Heel fijne tijd gehad! Grote, ruime kamers met een prettige inrichting. Super mooie buitenruimte en heerlijk uitzicht. Balkon is geweldig. De master bedroom is enorm, met inloopkast, dubbele douche en bad. Kidspool was perfect voor de kleine, met veel schaduw. Grote keuken van alles voorzien. Voldoende ruimte om 4 auto's te parkeren. Om met 14 personen te dineren is er wel wat verplaatsing van meubilair nodig.

Geweldig huis!
We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het huis is echt fantastisch, heel ruim met genoeg zitjes en zonnebedden, zeer grote en heel goed uitgeruste keuken, bijkeuken, grote ijskasten. Dat zien wij nog wel vaak anders bij andere grote huizen. Het waait super goed door. De kamers zijn groot, met klamboes en airco. De ontvangst van de aardige proprietymanagers was ook zeer hartelijk met een werkelijk super borrelpakket. Ook de ( gekoelde) tv kamer vonden we zeer fijn. Ook nog 2 keer dolfijnen gezien vlak voor het huis😀 Kortom, heerlijk en zeer goed uitgerust huis.! Enkel het steile trapje met weinig houvast naar de zee was wel een uitdaging voor sommigen van ons

Gorgeous property!
First, let me say that the property could not have been more beautiful for our group of 12. We used all bedrooms in the house and the 2 outdoor casitas. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs in the house, and 3 upstairs. 2 of the upstairs bedrooms face the water and have a large balcony. The bedrooms are all air conditioned, but the inside of the house is not except for one large living room that is closed off for the AC. It all worked just fine. There is a small wading type pool, and an infinity pool that looks over the water, which is gorgeous, by the way. The ladder going into the water is actually a bit easier than we thought and many of us would snorkle and swim right behind the house. We used the service of having groceries waiting for us the first night and that was perfect. We also used Robert for Chefs on Tour 3 nights at our home, and there are no words to describe that experience. Came in, set the table, prepared the best food imaginable, cleaned up and left a very perfect kitchen area. Truly one of our trip highlights. The location is great. We did have a couple of problems with smells that were mentioned in earlier reviews. However, one of the bedrooms smell was fixed 3 days after we arrived, and the property manager gave us some candles and such to mask the smell in one of the casitas as it was not fixed yet. Overall,it seemed the property just needed some TLC But if we go back to Bonaire, we would take this place again in a hearbeat!!!

Amazing experience!
My family (ages 78-13) had a wonderful stay at Villa Atlantis. It is a gorgeous space, spotlessly clean and well stocked with every household item you might need. We picked this Villa because of the relatively few number of stairs for my parents (age 78) to navigate. One step up to enter and one step down to get to the back patio. Two bedrooms on the main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. We had one technical issue with a bedroom AC unit and Iris handled the situation wonderfully. The ocean breeze through the main section of the house was delightful but the addition of an air conditioned lounge was also appreciated. We are scuba divers and the wash tanks and hanging rod were perfect for us. We would absolutely consider staying here again.

Perfect family getaway
Our extended family (3 generations) spent two weeks in Bonaire, to celebrate 30th wedding anniversaries and 30 years since our initial trip to the island. The house was perfect for us. Bedrooms for everyone, which is hard to find for a group like ours, and plenty of living space - both inside and out. (Be aware though that if you want to use all seven bedrooms you have to request it and pay an additional fee). Loved the direct access to the ocean for snorkeling and diving. Loved the covered parking with setup for rinsing/drying dive gear. Great location with access to everything we needed. Eva was super helpful getting us set up the first day. The one big drawback was that one of the bedrooms has a terrible smell coming from the shower grate. Property owner/manager aware but struggling to find a fix. This is the only reason I wouldn’t give the property a perfect score.

Everything you hope it will be
The only thing we would change would be adding bathroom doors but all the couples navigated that nuance of the very modern design. Everything was perfect. The property manager Eva was above and beyond and even came to my rescue to use her phone when my car got a flat tire (Verizon doesn’t work in Bonaire). Housekeeping came midweek which was an unexpected treat. The location couldn’t be better. We spent lots of time at Ocean Oasis and Delfins as they were right there. House reef was beautiful. Big space by garage to clean and hang dive gear.

Incredible house on the ocean
Stayed at the property with my family. Property was clean, and gorgeous. Loved climbing into the ocean and swimming right from your house. The two pools with the swing were a big hit with my kids. The house is so wonderful that most of the trip we ordered food in and ate at home. Short drive to the salt flats and downtown.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly: A Mixed Bag at a Bonaire Beauty
The Good: Nestled on Bonaire's oceanfront, the villa exudes luxury. Its stunning location and design, coupled with a warm welcome and thoughtful food basket, set a promising tone for our stay. The Bad: Our experience was marred by electrical issues with the washer, dryer, and dishwasher, detracting from the home's luxury feel. The Ugly: Delving deeper into our stay, we stumbled upon a rather unpleasant discovery - some of the food left in the fridge, presumably part of the welcome basket, was actually leftovers from the previous guests. This oversight became apparent after biting into what was an old, soggy piece of food, a moment that underscored a lapse in attention to detail in preparing the property for new guests. The most distressing issue, however, was the unbearable smell in the first room upstairs. Despite our immediate report to the host, the problem remained unresolved throughout our stay. The odor, reminiscent of a dead animal but likely emanating from the sewer, made the room virtually uninhabitable. Unfortunately, due to our family situation, we had no choice but to assign the room to someone, who understandably rated their experience as one star due to the persistent and nasty smell. Despite these significant setbacks, it's important to acknowledge the property's inherent beauty and prime location. For those willing to overlook the aforementioned issues, the villa still stands as one of our favorite spots in Bonaire. (We travel there frequently)

The open floor plan of the ground floor is fabulous!!! The airflow when doors in entrance and sliders in the back were open was marvelous. Swimming in the ocean in front of the house is incredible. Kitchen had everything we needed.This was our second stay and we look forward to returning!

Another great stay
This is our 3rd stay at Villa Atlantis and it did not disappoint. We were a group of 8 divers. There was plenty of space for rinsing gear and managing our equipment. The location was perfect for our kite boarders who had a short easy drive to the kite beach. We walked to Delfins for a late dinner and drinks one night. The diving behind the villa is very good also. The rooms are lovely. We had a chef prepared meal under the pergola by the water on our last night. We will be back!

Great week in paradise!
Our group had a great time on Bonaire. The house and property were amazing. Clean, well equipped, and functioning house. We had a couple people in our group who loved to cook and loved the kitchen. The chairs inside and out were great. The pool was awesome. Great location, close to the airport and town, but far enough away to not be bothered by it.

WOW!
This was my second time at Villa Atlantis and again it was a flawless stay. We were a group of 11 adults celebrating my husbands birthday. The house is beautiful, clean and has all the amenities needed. The property manager, Eva, was a pleasure to work with. We had Robert from, Chefs on Tour, twice to the house for dinner. Both meals were the highlight of our trip. It was such a treat to have such delicious meals in a beautiful setting. Robert is an amazing and very talented Chef. We also had Angelique and Matthew from Beauty Inside and Out Spa come to the house for massages. We set the massage tables on the second floor balcony. It was fantastic to listen to waves crashing and the soothing music playing in the background. I have no reservations in recommending their professional and courteous services. Perfect House and Location
For my husband's birthday, we decided to rent this property for a week and invited 11 other people. The house was perfect for this. Everyone had their own space, while being able to convene in the common areas. The outdoor space was lovely, the house was clean, and the house was in a great location. For all the amenities this house provides, the price is very reasonable!

Perfect family vacation
Our family of 14 (ages 19-96!) had a wonderful time at the villa. It is actually more spacious than the photos, with plenty of separate seating areas for those times when a little alone time is appreciated. Super convenient dive rinse tank, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous sunsets, air conditioned bedrooms ( mosquitoes came out at night, so we had to shut the doors that provided breezes and move the crew into the air conditioned media room for game night). Eva was a great host! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Utterly luxurious villa
We were a family of 10, ranging from 1 to 74 years old, and all were delighted by this exquisite property in the quiet neighborhood of punt vierkant. With TWO pools (one of them a wading pool perfect for toddlers) it had something for everyone. Entry into the ocean was fairly easy, and there are nice restaurants nearby, 2 in the Delfins resort, and the Ocean Oasis restaurant a very short drive away. The manager Eva was very responsive to our questions. If our family can get their schedules aligned, we hope to return again!

Another Great Stay In This Wonderful Villa
We have stayed in this villa in past and just LOVE being here. We had a large group (we used all seven bedrooms). The villa is certainly a perfect place to stay. The location is awesome, the "backyard" views are incredible and the home is well equiped to handle a group of our size. The kitchen is well stocked, there are two refrigerators, pleanty of dishes, cups and silverware. The addition of an air conditioner in the TV room downstairs was a wonderful addition! My family loves having a pool and access to the ocean. We are all scuba divers and there is adequate room for rinsing equipment as well as racks and hangers for drying equipment. Communication with the onsite property manager was excellent. This is a definite place to stay for our family when we come to Bonaire!

Grandpa’s 60th birthday
We gathered our children for a family celebration in paradise. This house was a perfect combination of private space, open air, and of course, being together. It is a comfortable and well-appointed property. Eva, the property manager, was attentive and pleasant. We were greeted with a lovely array of snacks and sweets upon arrival courtesy of the owners. It was very much appreciated after traveling with children. I didn’t ask, so maybe there was instructions to the appliances in English. We figured out the dishwasher, but the drier was a mystery.

Family villa
This property is an excellent choice for a family or group vacation. Beautiful home with lots of hang out space to be together. Location is great. We cooked in most nights with everyone helping and the table is in a great spot. We hired Robert from Chefs on tour for an amazing 5 course dinner with wine pairings and it was top notch. The best dive was with East Coast divers. Eva the house manager was very responsive. For a large group this THE HOUSE.😊 We hired Kite City chef Andre who brought his food truck to the house and made dinner for everyone.

Spectacular View
Our diver family enjoyed their stay at the Atlantis. There is access to the water and we were able to dive and snorkel via a ladder on the property. Rinse Tanks are available on property. The house reef is an excellent dive. The property is very spacious and perfect for a large group. Each couple had a beautiful room with an ensuite bathroom. It was fun that two of the bedrooms, equally beautiful and private are steps away from the main house. These bedrooms are equally nice, so no fights over the best room. The two coffee pots and two refrigerators were helpful for 14 people group staying at the property. There is also a charcoal grill that we utilized quite a bit for dinner. A suggestion to make your stay perfect is to get paper products. There was not a big selection at the grocery store so perhaps bring them with you. The property had loads of nice glass dishes but with 14 people it required running the dishwasher constantly. Also, we brought along a couple of beach towels.

Awesome house!
This property does not disappoint! We had a fantastic stay. We were met with one drain issue in a shower and the property manager was all over it! The problem was fixed within hours. The views, the pools, the facility and location are all perfect!
