'Was kept routed to and fro from hotel lobby by the ushers without knowing where and whom to contact when checking in. The contact given by the booking was not in service. When we checked abt the hot pool, they have us wrong timing. We planned n rushed back to the homestay to go swimming..only to realise it was closed. We called back to check on the timing and the person said sorry. He forgot.'

'The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!'

'Ac didn’t cool / mold on the wall and floor of the shower/ sink did not drain/ construction work around the area very hard getting to the place with all the trucks and road was very bad / the building was old and needed a face lift and the swimming pool was not being cleaned properly.'
