'We experienced this hotel as a disappointment. The description is mentioning soundproof rooms, which is not the case at all. As well the sound of adjacent rooms as the sound of the busy road causes a lot of nuisance. This was a first for us to use earplugs, which is a bit of a shame when you look for soundproof rooms... At our entrance the room was not complete: no shampoos in the shower, broken safe and just one chair on the balcony. However, the staff did solve these problems quickly. For...
