'We were in the area for work so didn't really get to enjoy all that the house had to offer, but did get to take a walk on the beach and pier which was only a block away. One parking spot in the garage and no problem parking on the street. Would definitely stay there again.'

'My friend and I stayed at this place for when we attended Dreamstate. This apartment was perfectly located. It was easy to walk wherever we wanted, including brunch/coffee spots, the Queen Mary (bike was better), and the beach. There was a shared bike stop very close nearby as well. The beds were really comfortable, the shower was hot when we needed it to be, and the space was very clean. The area felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Long Beach!'

'The apartment is not accurately listed - it really only sleeps one person, not 3. The Murphy bed that is quite short and can only sleep one adult person at an angle. This was a bit uncomfortable, but would never have worked for two persons. You had to totally rearrange the oversized couch and other furniture in the living room to pull the Murphy bed down. The second sleeping space was a cot in a walk- in closet with no ventilation, next to a wall of built-in shelves. If I had counted on this...

Location is downtown so be prepared for not so pleasant smells and a very present unhoused population in the immediate surroundings. Otherwise, very centrally located property, great for experiencing variety of areas throughout LA. '
