'This place is pure magic. We stayed 2 nights with our two kids (6 and 8). Very comfortable room. A symphony of rainforest creatures at night. 'The resort is beautiful and there is a lot to do with kids of all ages. The water park and Palamino island are great days. The service was pretty poor. Our room was clean when we got there but it was not properly cleaned throughout our stay. 'We had a wonderful 5 days. My husband played golf, I walked the grounds every day. The pools were amazing and the service was attentive and concerned. 'Property was alright. Spacious and clean rooms. There were many mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Got bitten badly. Easy parking. Laundry was ok. Only one washer working. Please think twice before going to the on-site Mexican restaurant. The server did a good job but the food that came out of the kitchen was horrible. We voiced our concern to the manager. Unfortunately it fell on deaf ears. I wish they take feedbacks and improve the food quality so that more guests can dine there. '
