'We chose this spot for a Family Christmas celebration based on it’s distance from multiple households (coming from FL & GA). It was perfect for large families to spend quality time together, but also so much space that it provided lots of privacy too. All of the rooms were of generous size- especially the upstairs master! 'We stayed 5 nights in this home to visit our son who recently relocated to Gainesville. The home is conveniently located. The host was very responsive to communication and made everything easy. The home is CLEAN and very tastefully decorated and cozy. The extra details like the lighting, the plants, the bedding, the comfortable furniture makes this a 10/10 property. We will stay here again when we return to Gainesville. '
