'This property is in an ok location and has clean sheets - for that we were grateful. The staff in the main building tried their utmost to be welcoming and enthusiastic. They did a very good job under the circumstances. The rest is just tragic. The unit is run down, grubby and uncomfortable. Downstairs the kitchen units are about to collapse.
