'My stay at the Trang An was great! The staff is extremely nice, they help whenever they can. They went above and beyond when we asked for something, for example when we asked if we could get into our room a bit earlier, how to get from Ninh Binh to Cat Ba and when we asked to do our laundry pretty last minute. They even gave us an extra bottle of water when we were on the way to the next destination. Highly recommend this place!'

'Beautiful country location although a little remote. Still close enough to sites that you could take a free bicycle, rent a scooter or easily get a Grab taxi to anywhere and back. 'We stayed for two nights it was comfortable,and quiet. We took taxi which was very reasonable to where we wanted to go. Beds were comfy. No tv, which was fine. Rooms were big, breakfast ok, you won’t starve but not your typical western style. Staff friendly. They had a pool table to use. Very quiet and laid back. Bikes and scooters are available for rent which we did not use. '

'This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. 'Amazing hotel! We had such an awesome stay with such a cool view! We were treated with such kindness by Dzung and his wife. They were so gracious, charming and helpful. He provided us so much helpful information about the town and activities, loaned us bikes to use for the day, and they made us a great breakfast every day. Our room was great and we got to explore so much of the town! A huge thanks to Dzung and his wife for facilitating such a great time in their beautiful town. An 11 out of 10!'

'Mr Dzung is fabulous and goes above and beyond to give you everything you might need. We were treated like royalty for our 4 night stay! His English is good -he gives good advice and can arrange reasonably priced transfers to/from Hanoi. 'Very good rooms and very friendly and helpful owners. Choice between western and Vietnamese breakfast. We preferred the western breakfast with bread, omelette, homemade jam, fresh fruit and tea/coffee. By far the best place we stayed so far in Vietnam. Centrally located in Tam Coc.
