The property had a private entrance, which was nice I would describe the rooms as spartan the beds were very low and the kitchen was minimalist. Everything seem to be built to a scale that was much smaller than I was and I’m 6 feet. There was plenty of hot water and the place is very clean. The very small kitchen area could use a fresh coat of paint. Two people stay in here would be a crowd, and four would be impossible.

Adequate but nothing special
The property is small and without laundering ability, a big negative. "Kitchen" is small with very little counter space. Beds are too low, though comfortable. Fluorescent lighting throughout which is extremely distasteful. Also I smelled cigarette smoke the entire 4 days I was there, which was too much for me. It was clean and bathroom is not too small for such a small unit. However, I shall not be staying there again.

A great place to stay for reasonable rate.
The host was quick to communicate and the property was just as explained. I feel a little silly for missing the Wi-Fi information that was clearly posted on the wall, and I appreciate the drinks in the fridge that we're waiting for me. Thanks for a great stay. Maybe I'll see you next year.

Wonderful place to stay.
This was a perfect place for me and my girlfriend to stay at for our weekend at the Billy Joel Concert. Angela was a terrific host and the unit was very clean. The beds are great, low to the ground, and comfortable. Very cozy, shampoo and body wash was provided. Would absolutely stay here again!

Las Vegas one night stop with dogs
Very clean, very easy check in, Angela communicated quickly to our questions. Small area for dogs. We traveled from Scottsdale AZ to Reno NV needed a place that accepted dogs. Hotels do not work for us as the dogs bark all night. This VRBO worked exceptionally well for that purpose. It is bare bones and location was right off a thru road. Owner allowed us to park in the drive.

Everything was good! The area and unit were quiet and clean. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, cooking plate. There were basic dishes and flatware. A Keurig which worked great for morning coffee. Communication with the owner was flawless. The private entrance was nice with motion sensor lighting to help at night. Location was close to many stores.

Its a very good place. Spacious center room, refreshments in the fridge when i arrived, great ac, a heater option in the bathroom, its a great place to stay and highly recommend this place. However there are a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. One being that it only has basic kitchen needs excluding an oven and isnt very large. Meanwhile the shower head was fixed to a pipe and hangs over head at a very low height. Low enough for me to shower under (im 5'10") but there are a few

This is an adequate place to sleep. Nothing fancy. If you are not planning on spending a lot of time in the room it is fine. There is a small area for a pet with gravel and concrete. Only problem was the stronge smell of disinfectant on arrival, probably Lemon Mr. Clean. I would recommend with those considerations.

Vegas get away!
We stayed here for 2 nights, it was so easy to find. It was prefect for me and my mom as well as our two dogs. Had a gate that closed so our dogs were able to run in the little area. The host was so kind and always got back to my messages. Nice to be off the strip and hustle and bustle but it was so close to the free way so made it easy to get around! When we come back we would for sure stay there again!

Sweet little place - easy to park and enter - super clean, comfortable and covered all my needs for an overnight. Super comfy beds...just wish they'd used a slightly less crunchy mattress protector - I think it was made of plastic so it made me really hot and sweaty - so much so that in the night I had to pull up the sheet and roll the mattress protector away from the mattress and retuck in the bottom sheet - that did the trick - then I slept like a baby. This is just a kind note to the owners to think about changing that out. Otherwise this is a darling little casita.

Kitchen cabinets were too big for space. I hit my head on them while using the sink several times. Ironing board was not present, but an iron was. Bath towels were a bit small, and the water pressure was low. More importantly however, was that the place was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked as it was supposed to. Some of the constructive criticisms offered are easy to fix, like changing the bath towels and adding an ironing board, while the others (cabinets and water pressure) not so much so. Important to note however, is that our overall experience was positive and we would consider staying at this property again in the future. BTW, the manager of this property was excellent in communicating with us whenever we wrote and had questions. No complaints on this front whatsoever!
