'Amazing villa, by far the best we have stayed at. Spotlessly clean with every amenity we could have wished for. We enjoyed the huge shaded area which was perfect for chilling with a book or drying off after a swim. The local beach is very small but great for a swim or a snorkel. The directions to the villa were great and kept us off the rough tracks which a sat nav can take you via. We enjoyed the taverna at Avithos beach which has great food and lovely views. We definitely hope to return!'

'This was our 2nd stay in Villa Varkoula. It’s a simple but lovely villa, with pool and great views of hills. Very peaceful. A joy to watch the swallows/swifts dipping down to sip from the swimming pool, a few sightings of an eagle and cute bats in the evening. A car is essential, but the town of Lixouri and several lovely and not too busy beaches are all within a short drive. Perfect for a quiet getaway or as a base to explore the wonderful island of the Kephalonia.'

'Villa Eirini is situated near the small hamlet of Evreti with the most amazing views across the Ionian Sea to the sister island of Ithaca from the breakfast terrace and both bedrooms. The villa was welcoming and beautifully clean with the nice touch of some useful provisions, plus a very nice bottle of white wine. Our host Greg always responded promptly to our queries and checked that we were enjoying our stay while we were there. Natalie Greg's cousin lives across the road from the villa and...

'We enjoyed our stay here but found the location a little isolated with regards to facilities (i.e.distance from the nearest supermarket).'

'It would be nice to have more towels and dishclothes available. Also, an english guide on how to use washer. Oh and a dryer for those days when there is no sun to dry the clothes. Other than that is was an amazing stay. Would definitely stay again.'

The villa itself is immaculate and comfortable with a lovely outside garden area and pool for relaxing. We hope to return!'
