'A very nice stay -- and good value for money. Rooms are quite large, in a more traditional style. Staff were very friendly. Gym needs a bit of work, and need to navigate stairs which may be tricky for some. But, well worth the price and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. And location is brilliantly convenient to the CBD and parks.'

'Waratah is a beautifully renovated historic building located on one the hills in Launceston. The room was large and well apponted. The bathroom is new and spotless. The bed is very comfortable. They do not serve any food so come prepared. There are a number of good cafes and restaurants, however, you need to drive or get an Uber/taxl. Yhe hill is too steep for a comfortable walk. There are numerous steps between the car pak and the front door.'
