'Comfortable and functional apartment in back of host home. Bathroom on 2nd floor. A little inconvenient and a challenge for seniors. Should be fully disclosed. Host should be more attentive to some basic needs. Only a half roll of toilet tissue and paper towels upon our arrival. No salt pepper or sugar. Dishwasher was very dirty. We hand washed everything. Closest gas or convenience store 25 minutes to Oneonta or Cooperstown.'

'House was as advertised and stocked better than any house I have ever stayed at. Anything you can think of or forgot to bring, was already there. Very cool house with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.'

'We spent several days at the farm resort and we had a great experience! The property is spacious and we all had our own space to spread out. The game room, which includes ping pong, pool, a hot tub, darts, and board games were used everyday. We had homemade scones and blueberry muffins delivered to us, which were delicious. We used the grill and outside fire pit each evening. We enjoyed exploring the miles of trails. Can’t say enough for the hospitality. If our travels take us in that direction...

'The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...
