Located in the popular Roads End neighborhood with unobstructed 180-degree view of the Oregon coast, our home is close to everything Lincoln City has to offer; golfing, shopping, antique stores, hiking, fabulous restaurants, fishing, storm watching, fresh seafood, whale watching, boating on Devil's Lake, Premium outlet stores, and Chinook Winds Casino with celebrity entertainment!

The house is 45 feet directly above the water, offering amazing views up and down the coast right from Living, Dining, and Master Bedroom. Take a short walk to the beach for jogging, horse back riding, kite flying, and tide pools.

New renovations (11/2022): Hardwood floor throughout, exterior & interior paints, granite countertop, gas stove, range hood, gas fireplace, bath vanities, and faucets.

- Kid bedroom w/ Full & Twin-size bunk beds and 1 Twin-size bed insert.

📃 House rules: (more details in the attached house rules):

- Must be at least 25 years old to book.

- Maximum occupancy limits to 13 guests including children. (Per city's regulations).

- No Saturday check in or check out. (since Saturday is our cleaning crew's only off day).

- No check in or check out on Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve, Christmas day, New Year Eve, and New Year day. (since these are our cleaning crew's holidays).

- Keep noise level to a minimum from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.

- 4 vehicles allowed on the property. No street parking allowed.

- No smoking of any kind on the property.

- Pets allowed: Dogs & Cats only, maximum of 2.

- We understand your pets might feel anxious in a new environment and need to be closer to their people. We have prepared "pet linens" just for them. Please use these linens to cover beds and couches before letting them on.

Made the best of it. Nice views, just ignore the dirty floors.
The property at first appearance was just what we had expected. Great views, full kitchen and centrally located on a quiet street. The problem was the cleanliness or lack of it. The floors were terribly dirty, from many missed mop dates. Response was rude and disturbing. Never left a bad review before but wish I had been warned by others.

Perfect New Year Start
This was a fantastic house right on the ocean. We had a day of very stormy weather and the view of the ocean was incredible. The house was very well equipped and comfortable. We loved the 2 master suites. This is a great house for a couple families to enjoy, and the beach here is beautiful. We will plan to visit again.

Perfect family getaway
We looked at a lot of listings, searching for the best place for us to take our two sons (young adults) and dog for a week. Husband needed good wifi so he could still work a little each day, I needed minimal stairs while rehabbing my ankle, and we all really wanted to *see and hear* the ocean as much as possible. This checked all the boxes! We only needed three of the four bedrooms, but it was so nice to not have to wait for a bathroom at any time. Husband loved having the ocean ew as he worked (and hoeing it off during meetings), and to have the entire wall of windows greet us all day, every day is what we wanted. The sunsets were gorgeous, and the breaking waves lulled us to sleep at night instead of my usual white noise machine. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for whipping up multiple meals. (Everything tastes better at the beach) I have missed cooking on a gas range so that was nice. Plenty of dishes so we weren’t washing the same four plates and forks after every single meal. The little wall heaters and fireplace were plenty to heat up the rooms as needed. Beds were super comfortable. We had a few questions upon arrival and the host was very responsive and helpful. So many places in town to explore, but this wonderful little home is a few blocks away from a Main Street so you hear none of the activity, only the wonderful ocean surf.

PERFECT Stormy Coastal Getaway
This home was warm, inviting, clean, and had the best views of the Ocean - especially on stormy days! This home had everything we needed during our trip and we could imagine that it would be a great beach get away with a lot of little ones too. Everything has been recently remodeled which is such a rare find on the Oregon coast. We will definitely be booking this home again!

Lovely coastal weekend
We enjoyed our stay in the cliff side ocean front property. We celebrated my mom’s 99th birthday so the one level house worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and the house had all the amenities we needed. I baked a cake in the oven and it worked better than my oven at home. The house accepted small dogs and didn’t smell like a dog house so that was great. We were also able to park one of our vehicles in the garage so that was a plus. I would say the only con was the house was a little short in extra linens.

I parked a 20’ boat in the driveway, but pretty sure it would accommodate 24’. The house is remodeled and very nice. Parked a Chevy Tahoe and Lexus suv in the garage with plenty of room. We’ll stay here again!

Lincoln City Fun
This house was one of the best we have ever had. The view was spectacular. There was a small pet area so early morning and late night trips for pups to take care of business were made easy. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. Lincoln City is a fun place to visit and this house met or exceeded all our expectations. Now if only the weather could have co-operated it would have been perfect.

3 adult couples and this property did not disappoint. We had private space for everyone and a nice large living dining area for socializing. 180 degree view with lots of windows to see the ocean. Kitchen small but well appointed. Enclosed area for small pet and nice deck for sitting. Parking was large enough to park four cars. Beach access a block away and very easy to access beach once you are there. Owner was very accomodating. Would definitely stay again.

Jetty Beach house
This property is listed as "wheelchair accessible ". The ramp is 4 inches off the ground. We had to bring our own ramp. The front door is 2 inches higher than deck. We had a hard time trying to get into the house in an electric wheelchair. I had to move the couch to make room for the wheelchair. It was very dirty underneath the couch.
