'The host was easy to communicate with before & after our stay and very kind. The house: My cousins and I rented this house to be able to have everyone together, and it was perfect. While, we didn't use the sofa bed, we did bring our own airbed for the living room and still had plenty of space to move around and hang out. 'We booked this property for a 3 night joint bachelor/bachelorette party. Plenty of space inside and the outdoor area was a great vibe and we had an awesome time grilling outside and in the pool. Great location means cheaper Ubers to downtown, Brickell, etc. highly recommend this place and we will look to stay again if ever needed in the future!'
