'La struttura è davvero molto bella: ricca di servizi e di di attività. Camera grande e spaziosa. Un po’ lunghi i tempi di attesa per le pulizie. Cibo davvero ottimo per quantità e qualità! Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ottima anche la spa. Unica pecca: una struttura 5 stelle con quella posizione dovrebbe fornire un servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto (pagato 90 euro a tratta per il taxi…)'

'Menia and Theodore were exceptional hosts. The apartment was cleaned daily (bins emptied, floors cleaned, bathroom cleaned and beds made). They checked on us continually to make sure we were happy. Would definitely recommend and know where to book in future.'

'We had a fantastic stay at Zest at Xi beach. We stayed in a studio which was perfectly adequate in size foralways a couple. The studio was immaculately clean and smelt lovely and fresh. It contains everything required for a self catering holiday, although, we ate out all the time except breakfast. A very nice free breakfast was provided in a lovely setting around the pool. It was a great way to start the day. Petros, the owner, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He spoke great English and...

'Pros: spectacular views, good amounts of space, clean and with functional aircon. Downside: 80s throwback in desperate need of repair and refurb, stranded on top of hill, with disappointing breakfast and patchy communication from the albeit quite friendly owners.'

'Primeiramente, o hotel deveria explicar para todo hóspede, durante a reserva, como fazer para chegar lá. Eu cheguei a Lefkada de ferry no Porto de Sami e fui de carro para o hotel, pela única estrada terrível que existe atualmente, e que me desanimou ter escolhido conhecer a ilha de Lefkada. Qdo cheguei no hotel, perguntei na recepção sobre a estrada que dá acesso ao hotel e então que me foi explicado que a maneira mais fácil de ir para o hotel é pegando o ferry em Argostoli para Lixouri. 'Small four room property with friendly English speaking owner/operator. Newly renovated. Excellent location on plaza near the ferry with free parking lot across the street. Could not be more convenient place to visit the beaches. A couple with a rental car can go to and from Argostoli on the ferry for 9 euros one way. 'Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!) Breakfast was amazing- some buffet pastry type things plus your choice of individually prepared omelets. We really enjoyed Lixouri, it is quiet and low key, but...

'This is a great choice for a small group of say 3. the villa is spacious and spotless, the private pool is a great luxury and the main pool is also very spacious. The villas are well equipped and staff very accommodating. I also think this is a great way to explore the west of the island which isn't popular as the north east. There are great little beaches near by and of course XI beach. Good restaurants are a short drive away. I would say a car is needed.'

'Wij waren met zijn drieen we hadden twee bij bedjes en een grote bed. Grote bed lattenbodem kapot matras onderde bloedvlekken. Dieverse malen aangeven maar ze deden er niks mee. Bij bedjes goedkoop waardoor je met pijn in je rug het bed uitstapt. Zeer teleurstellend '

'Locatie was vreselijk, ver van het centrum en tussen andere gebouwen. Geen groen of zee te zien. Keuken was smerig , kruimels in bestgeklade en kopjes, borden stonden op de grond in keukenkastjes. Wel vriendelijk ontvangen en geholpen met bagage naar 2e verdieping brengen maar geen fruit of iets anders zoals gelezen in andere reviews'

'We had a lovely stay. The views and pool were lovely. Great location for a beach and taverna, 40 min walk or €10 taxi to lixouri with lots of nice restaurants and shops. The villa needs a little TLC in some of the outside areas, but this didn’t affect our say. Good communication with the owner. Good size bedrooms and nice and clean. We had a lovely holiday.'

Amazing hotel, but in uphill

"Amazing hotel, lovely staff, very clean and nice. Keep in mind that it’s the highest point of Lassi, it’s impossible to walk uphill when it’s 30 degrees. To go to the beach/city centre you need taxi or your own car. "
