'Great extra amenities if you stay for a week (swimming pool and hot tub, mini golf, spa, yoga classes). Great location. The resort looks cute from the outside, a little outdated and impersonal in the suites/bedroom. But they are comfortable and clean, so it is fine. With a small kitchen with basic but enough supplies to make a meal or two to save on restaurant. Keep in mind it is a time share, so just avoid or ignore the blue guys in the main lobby if you are not interested. It is good to know...

'My wife and I stayed here on our visit to the Sedona region. It was perfect place for us or a small family. Very close to town on the south side of Sedona in a quiet quaint neighborhood. Had everything we needed, very well kept and an amazing deck and beautiful views of the mountains. Wonderful theater TV great at night when you settle into bed to relax. 'Nice unit with beautiful view. This is a condo rental community so each owner is responsible for the condition of the unit. The management is largely just a rental agent so they cannot address any issues with units. Ours needed repairs and was sparsely furnished and a bit worn. But the view over the creek onto the mountain was spectacular! And the fireplaces were wonderful when we got unexpected snow!'
