'Only real issue is continuous toilet running but if you shut the bathroom door it muffles it a bit. There was a bit of outdoor noise and others could hear everything said or done. Not really good privacy. Kitchen: Not many utensils, only 2 fork, 2 spoon and a couple knives. I didn't feel comfortable using the pots or pans, they felt a bit sticky. Only one hanger in closet to hang all mine and my partners dress up garments. Parking was tough to find a spot to where you won't have to walk a hike...

'Loved the stay. Carole was great. She met me for check in. Her husband is a cool guy and did my check out. Belmont Shore is the best neighborhood in Long Beach. Just park your car and walk to 2nd street for a cup of coffee, a beer or a meal. This spot cannot be beat in terms of location. Carole was cool and genuinely interested in our comforts place is stocked. You really don’t need to bring much. Great spot and good people. '

'As stated above, overall it was a fantastic stay. Some concerns that we think should be mentioned in review more notably so people can catch them are as follows. Parking on street only. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but after you come home from a full day of walking at one of the parks and you have to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and that spot is about 3/4 of a mile away tends to be frustrating.
