Other things to note
- Cleaning company charge us 30 per pet per night. Please contact the host if you have pets.
- 2 car parking in front of the garage. If you need more, you can just park in front of the two car on the street or find street parking
- To turn on string light there is a switch on the plug itself.
- Please turn off lights and appliance when leaving the house.
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.

Save yourself the headache!
Let me start out saying the communication from this property manager is absolutely crap! Doesn’t bother responding to messages at all! A week after my stay they requested a ridiculous amount “pet fee” Very confused as I traveled from out of state with ZERO animals I asked what this was regarding. No response. A few days later the money was taken out of my account again I asked why? No response. Two weeks after my initial stay I demanded answers as we had absolutely no animals in the house or with us (which their cameras can verify!) they finally responded with a simple “we have a pet policy.” That was it! Again I reply asking why we were charged as we had zero animals with us. Radio Silence once again for a few more days. I finally demanded an explanation… her response was they would send over the info. (I was Never sent anything). A few more days later again asked for the info. Nothing. It’s been over a month and she won’t even reply to give any explanation to the pet charge. The house was cleaned when we left and we had no animals. There was no reason for an additional “pet fee” especially when I already paid for a cleaning fee before we booked. It’s a complete scam they can just take on random charges without any explanation! Save yourself a headache and money! No worth it!
