Boasting a fully-stocked kitchen, beach supplies and cozy memory foam beds, this home is meticulously furnished to exceed your expectations. With fast Wi-Fi, large-screen smart TVs, and a dedicated workspace, you can easily stay connected.

This is the urban getaway you've been waiting for. Enjoy the California lifestyle from a brightly-designed suite that has all the modern amenities you'll need, whether you're in town for a weekend getaway or extended stay.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Unwind in the cozy living room or whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. The dining area has a table that seats up to 6 people. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, and almost any cookware that you might need to create gourmet meals with friends and family.

Featuring a king-sized bedroom, and a queen-sized sofa bed, it's the perfect place to grab some rest before a fun-filled day exploring Long Beach or the rest of southern California.

The bathroom is fully outfitted with a single sink and quartz countertop, and the toilet has an attached bidet. Freshen up with dual shower heads, or simply relax in a quiet bubble bath before bed.

Whether you are in town for business or a personal getaway, you will have access to the tech you need to stay connected. This home features a 55-inch smart TV in the bedroom, and a 65-inch smart TV in the living room. You can stream your choice of entertainment through Amazon Fire, Netflix, Hulu or Sling. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

You will be free to pack lightly, with an onsite laundry room conveniently located within the complex. You can even pay with your smartphone, so there is no need to carry coins. Either way, you will have plenty of closet space, a chest of drawers, luggage racks and hangers at your disposal.

This location has easy access to three airports. Average travel time from Long Beach Airport is just 15 minutes, LAX is about 35 minutes, and John Wayne Airport is about 45 minutes.

You will have access to the entire unit and any common areas (including laundry facilities) as well as a designated parking space. However, we do ask that you not congregate in the building's courtyard past 9pm, for the comfort of the building's other tenants.

The most expansive district in downtown Long Beach, the East Village is home to over 50 locally owned and operated small businesses.

A shopping and dining destination for visitors and locals alike, in the East Village you’ll find vintage and new sustainable fashion, home decor and lifestyle goods, beauty and wellness products, local art, and so much more. From four independent record stores, the city’s first package-free refill stores, curated vintage boutiques, a local pottery studio, locally roasted coffee, a rooftop mezcal bar, and the famous Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles, there’s something for everyone here in the East Village!

A car is recommended, however there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is also a good option if you plan to stay within Long Beach.

Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. You will receive an email from our software partner, Superhog, shortly after your reservation is confirmed. Similar to hotel requirements, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government Issued ID and matching selfie. You will be given the option to either purchase a damage waiver at a non-refundable rate of $35 per stay, or provide a fully-refundable $500 security deposit. Please note that there is a non-refundable processing fee of $2 with the security deposit option. These measures are used to prevent fraudulent reservations, for identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.

Since this is an apartment, we are surrounded by neighbors. Please be respectful of their homes and keep the noise level low.

We make every effort to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, however, we cannot control the activities of our neighbors. It is possible that you may smell cooking, pets, cannabis or other scents within the building. Since this is beyond our control, no refunds will be issued for this circumstance. Please note that smoking/vaping cannabis is legal in California, however it is still forbidden within this listing.

Absolutely no parties, events or gatherings without the host's prior consent. No more than 4 people are allowed inside the unit at any time. We charge $100 per person, per booked night for any additional guest that is not included on the reservation.

Exterior cameras are monitored to ensure accurate guest counts.  

Please treat our place kindly and clean up after yourself. We do ask that you remove your shoes and try to keep the space in similar condition to which you found it. Our cleaning fees are based on the expectation that guests do some general tidying up before their departure. In the event that the housekeeper discovers an unreasonable mess, an excess cleaning fee in the amount of $150 will be charged to the guest.

Our cleaners are very busy with multiple turnovers each day. We will charge $20 for each 20 minutes, to our guests that checkout late without prior approval.

For reservations longer than 14 days, one mid-stay cleaning is required for every two weeks of your reservation. We will send you a separate request for payment of the additional cleaning fee(s) after your reservation has been made. This will be invoiced at the same rate as the cleaning fee associated with your reservation. If you prefer a specific date or time, we will do our best to accommodate you based around our cleaning schedule.

Upon checking out, please place used towels, and bathmats in the laundry basket located inside the bedroom. Please wash your dishes and put your trash in the bin. Turn off the air conditioner, heater, ceiling fans and inside lights.

Please be mindful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please use grey washcloths to remove makeup and white washcloths for bleaching products. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed on the property (either indoors or the patio). Please feel free to partake in these activities on the sidewalk off of the property.

No open flames or candles are allowed on the property at any time.

Accidents happen. If you do happen to stain or break something during your stay, please notify us immediately via the Airbnb message system. We almost always have guests checking in and out on the same day. By notifying us in advance of any damages, we will be able to make sure the home is in proper order for the following guest.

Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. However, regardless of the time, please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors.

Sometimes unexpected events can interrupt travel plans, especially during these uncertain times. We strongly recommend purchasing CFAR travel insurance to cover your expenses in the event that you must cancel your reservation.

We will welcome one dog on a case by case basis. We do not allow any other pets. Please contact us prior to booking with your dog's breed, a bit of background on them, and let us know if you agree to the following pet rules. 

We charge a $75 pet fee to cover cleaning. This should be collected at the time of booking. If we are notified of your pet after booking, we will send you a separate request where you can remit payment.

When I saw this listing I thought it might be too good to be true, but this place was just as amazing as it looks! I was blown away at how clean the space was and loved the colorful interior design and super comfortable beds and blankets. You can really tell how thoughtful the hosts are through the amenities that were provided, and they were very responsive throughout my entire stay. The parking space in the garage was also really great to have. The price is very reasonable for the area as well. There's often dogs barking in the distance due to pets being allowed in the apartment complex but it was charming and not a bother at all. The apartment complex itself was lovely and has a beautiful common area. There are many restaurants (and a cat cafe!!) nearby and the apartment is close to the beaches. The surrounding area is very clean, pleasant, and seems safe. Highly recommend this space - I hope to visit again someday, thank you for providing such a lovely stay!
