'This house was the perfect home base for our large group trip to Louisville! The location was very convenient - we were a few miles away from all the action on Whiskey Row, with tons of bars and restaurants right down the street. Despite being in the heart of downtown, the house itself was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. 'This house was perfect for our family of 4. Everyone had their own room and comfy bed. We had space to chill and relax. The house is quaint and quirky and full of charm. And this Germantown area is awesome. We got to walk to bars, restaurants and a couple cute shops. Even walked to Logan Street Market. 'The home is old and needs more work but it served its purpose for us to have a place to stay. It is definitely not "Luxe" as the title states. The kitchen was lacking basic cookware such as a frying pan for cooking breakfast. There are no dressers for clothes and minimal hangers in the closets forcing us to live out of our suitcase for the 6 nights we were there. If you need a place to sleep and shower and not much more, it's a good fit. If you want or need more, this is not the place for you. '

'My boyfriend and I just needed a place to stay for the night as we were in town to see the Jack O Lantern Spectacular at Iroquois and this was PERFECT! They couldn’t have been nicer and the cabin was very well-stocked. Honestly, we ended up wishing we were staying longer to enjoy the cabin itself. 10 minute Uber from the event. You are very close to their home but we felt we had plenty of privacy. Can’t recommend enough '
