'This is the best for the stay required for a surgery for my spouse. We were able to utilize the shuttle service to and from the McKennan main Hospital. When I needed to leave for my spouse’s discharge, the housekeeper staff assisted me with loading the suitcases into my vehicle. Having taken the shuttle to & from the Main Hospital, I knew exactly where to drive to be able to use valet parking to pick him up. I’m sure we will once again stay here when the testing for my cancer occurs in a couple...

'This was my third time staying at the Holiday Inn downtown. However, this was the first time I felt unwelcome by the front desk staff. The hostess was not clear on the extra charges. I reserved 2 rooms under my name, and she had it all mixed up. When checking out, the guy seemed annoyed. Probably won't stay here again.'
