Spahotels in Mactan Island

'オーシャンビューの部屋プランで予約したものの、1階の部屋に通され、目の前はオーシャンWingのロビー車寄せになっており、ガーデンもそこまで見えない状況でした（車寄せの騒音は気にならず）。 食事にGrab配達（日本のUber eatsのようなもの）を多用しており、食事の受取場所であるオーシャンロビーからほど近く、何かとロビーに用があり利便性がよかったことと、海とプールとキッズパークにアクセスが非常に良かったため、部屋の交換を交渉しませんでしたが、これらの利便性がなければオーシャンビューに変更すべきところでした。 スタッフは全員とても親切で、連れて行ったキッズたちを歓迎してくれました。'

'They served me a cold hamburger that was raw in the middle. I asked for medium well done. That means warm center. This burger was stone cold, the beef fat had almost re-solidified and the center was RAW and cold. They charged me nearly $20 USD for that disaster burger. '

'The staff was professional and invested in pleasing the guest. It would be nice if the owners were invested in the property. I was unable to shower for three days due to brown substance flowing from all facets and shower. Also there were so many small inexpensive repairs needed that would improve the property easily. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'
