'everyone was so friendly.amenities were excellant the spa people were outstanding..my only suggestions is more pillows in the room. notify the guests about the complimentary drinks and water.we didnt find out until the last day.'

'I had a lovely stay in The Reef - what a beautiful place! Very nice rooms, fine breakfast, very warm and friendly staff, and very easy access to great snorkeling. One point of attention - when the staff orders a taxi, they automatically order a luxury taxi which is double as expensive as a white taxi. As you need to pay taxis with cash, this can lead to a negative surprise when you are low on cash (for me, on my trip to the airport going back)'

'Very friendly and helpful staff especially Marvin at concierge and Beth in the restaurant. Swimming pool was large and was in a beautiful setting. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Location to airport is unbeatable, you can literally walk in minutes or take the free shuttle.'
