'Fantastic hotel all round. Great location, (mega modern mall beside it and hop on hop off bus next door as well) new building, super charming staff, excellent spacious rooms - all with a stunning view, comfy beds and fine linen - pool & gym on 18th floor also with amazing view, self service washing machines, great breakfast and delicious food in restaurant in evening (unusual in hotels I find!). Price/quality ratio very good. If I read this review I would think it was too good to be true but...

'The shuttle drive was easy to locate, pleasant and friendly. I arrived off early 6 am flight, I was dissatisfied that although my room was ready, I had to pay 40 dollars to access it before noon. Also hotel site says 24 hr check in? So why charge more? That's not ethical, same when my onward flight departed midnight, extra 40 dollars for late check out, but hotel did not have any incoming booking. Staff very helpful.
